Incorporated in
1989-90, we are one of the upcoming manufacturers and suppliers of
automotive sheet metal assemblies & aggregates.
Adon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is situated within the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation
limits,
Chikhali, which is just 2 kms away from Tata Motors Indica Plant and
Mercedes
Benz Plant in Pune Industrial Zone. Spread over 6000 sq.ft of built up
space with pressing capacity of 20T to 150 tonnes (Big bed size) with
light
fabrication & tool room facilities. We have developed 125 Nos. of
Press Components & Sub-assemblies for Force Motors Ltd. (Bajaj Tempo Ltd)
for their 3-wheelers, LCV'S and U/V, Excel & Tractor Divisions.
Secondly,
we have also developed Main Stand Bracket Sub-assembly (‘PULSAR’
motorcycle of BAL) and main stand(Wave Scooter of BAL) for Panse Autocomp Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (one
of the leading supplier of Bajaj Auto Ltd.).
We
have a team of 2 qualified engineers, 11 staff members and 22 skilled
workmen with positive mindset who always strive for continual
improvement.

and product focused. Our products are constantly reviewed as well as
revised as per the demands of changing industry environment. We are a
system-based organization recommended by world renowned Certification
body TUV
Rheinland Berlin-Brandenburg for DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 Certification
(Certificate: 01 100 033147) in the year 2003-04. We are also in leading positions in FML Supplier
Quality Improvement Program and have achieved Ship To Use status (Direct-on-line)
for all divisions since last 3 years.

Preventive
maintenance in our shop is strictly controlled by involvement of
operators and engineers in defect quality, prevention and elimination.
Our measuring equipments are calibrated from outside labs at regular
intervals.
